چکیده

Renal cell carcinoma (RCC) constitutes the most lethal type of genitourinary cancer. Understanding RCC tumor biology helps to identify novel targets and develop directed treatments for patients with this Analysis from both The Cancer Genome Atlas Kidney Clear Cell Carcinoma dataset our samples demonstrated that expression level CORO6 was significantly higher in than normal kidney tissues, its highly associated stage grade. Importantly, an independent predictor metastasis overall survival patients. Our line data also confirmed knockdown could suppress growth as well migration invasion. depletion led cycle arrest at G0/G1 phase caused apoptosis. Further, mechanistic dissection showed mediated growth, invasion relied on WNT signaling. Moreover, vivo suggested indeed suppressed growth. Overall, study defines oncogenic role progression provides a rationale developing CORO6-targeted therapies improved treatment

Transforming growth factor-β promotes aggressiveness and invasion of clear cell renal cell carcinoma

The molecular mechanisms whereby transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) promotes clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) progression is elusive. The cell membrane bound TGF-β type I receptor (ALK5), was recently found to undergo proteolytic cleavage in aggressive prostate cancer cells, resulting in liberation and subsequent nuclear translocation of its intracellular domain (ICD), suggesting that ...

Downregulation of TMEM40 by miR-138-5p suppresses cell proliferation and mobility in clear cell renal cell carcinoma

Background: Clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) represents approximately 70% of RCC,as the most frequent histological subtype of RCC. MiR-138-5p, a tumor-related microRNA (miRNA), has been reported to be implicated in the diverse types of human malignancies, but its role in ccRCCremains unclear. Objective: The study was designed to investigate the function...

Metastatic Renal cell Carcinoma Presenting as a clear-cell Tumor in Tongue: A Case Report

Introduction: Metastatic lesions of the oral cavity are extremely rare, accounting for approximately 1% of all malignant oral tumors. The most common primary sources of metastatic tumors in the oral region are, from the most to the least common, the breast, lung, kidney, bone, and colon. Renal cell carcinoma accounts for nearly 3% of all adult malignancies. It usually metastasizes to the lungs,...

SENP1 promotes proliferation of clear cell renal cell carcinoma through activation of glycolysis

Metabolic shift toward aerobic glycolysis is a fundamental element contributing to the development and progression of clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC). We and others previously observed enhanced glycolysis and diminished tricarboxylic acid (TCA) cycle activity in ccRCC tissue. Here, by integrated gene expression and metabolomic analyses of 36 matched pairs of tumor and adjacent normal ti...

Three cases of pleural metastasis of renal clear cell carcinoma diagnosis: cases report

Background: Malignant pleural effusion is common in patients with advanced malignant tumor. The aim of this study is to analyze the characteristics of pleural metastasis of renal clear cell carcinoma, pleural effusion under medical thoracoscopy and the diagnostic value of interventional thoracoscopy-guided biopsy, and to improve the understanding of pleural metastasis of renal clear cell carcin...
